OTHB Radar Antenna - W7KI expedition - August 2005

Most ham operators and shortwave listeners are familiar with the
"Russian Woodpecker" which was an OTHB radar system that plagued the HF bands
up until the 1980's. There was also an American OTHB system with stations on the
west coast and east coast of the continental U.S.
