Programing Motorolas for KC 800MHz Trunking

I have access to a couple of trunking 800MHz Spectras and an MTS2000. I remember several postings quite a while ago stating that the KC trunking Admin was able to program commercial 800 trunking units with the key to receive only. I was wondering who I'd have to contact to get this done and how much it would cost to get the system programed in and then the various channel ID's. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
