I have a couple of Motorola 800 handhelds. Will you program them for me too? Since the County's system is funded with public dollars I hear they do allow some private use. My brother and I would like to chat county wide and be able to report traffic accidents and drunk drivers. What will you charge or is this just a lunch thing? Thanks
