WSP unit able to contact (barely) on LERN. Warrant suspect, but still unknown agency.
Finally ends up in jail, WSP Capt wants to know "what's going on"
Interesting to note, KC trunk system's LERN receiver picked up WSP unit real well, got the slightet bit o' scratch from "other agency" at first, then nothing. Odd, this receiver Type I TGID 786-1, Type II TGID 62864) hears units all over several countis, have heard as far as Mason county, but in downtown Seattle, didn't hear squat. Agency obviously using HT's, but still...
