Dave, Don't you mean THE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY CREWS and have LOANED the DOT or WSP Company Portables. THE WSP and DOT do not HAVE radios that will work on 154.57. QUESTION: Which Construction Company is doing the work - DOT does NOT have crews that would do THIS TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION. THE DOT only oversees and pays for the job. Mike
