they are doing constuction work on the trestle, So if you are stuck in traffic on the trestle you can monitor 154.570 The State Patrol and the DOT are using this freq to talk back and forth to each other to direct traffic and other stuff like dump trucks and steam rollers and talk about when they are going on lunch.
