Does anyone know if and where one can get a cordless speaker for a scanner? I am interested in keeping the scanner in the corner of the living room but having a speaker next to my easy chair and not have to deal with a cord........any ideas? Thanks for any help.

there are wireless headphones. Sometimes i hook the scanner to the stereo.

I have two Advent W'less headphones base transmiters. One at the stereo and one at the scanner. I love the old Zenith Space Sound speakers and the wonderful thing is that the they will pick up the Advent base so I can run two headphones and two seperate speakers from one base.

I'm still looking for a great in ear w'less system so I could listen to the scanner in my pocket without getting any attention. I was even thinking of an in ear FM radio and then a FM transmitter connected to the scanner.

I use a Bluetooth transmitter that plugs in to the earphone jack and I have it pared with a Motorola BT headset. Then I can listen wihtout anyone knowing. Not to mention I can listen with other people are around without buggin them.
