Hello.. I have a older uniden scanner a bc60xlt-1 and understand bonneville county now is using IIMARS 700hz. Are there any other frequncies open to listening to in my area? Also if I get a new scanner to catch the 700 line are they open and availble or ?

Look in the data base here for frequencies which are in use that you can hear.
