I don't think so. At least not the KC regional Trunked Radio system. Wiz and Sean have said several times there are no plans to take that system digital. I think we spoke about it during a rebanding discussion.

viewtopic.php?t=294Going digital on that huge of a system would be a huge project. With the # of radios they have (I think Sean said they are over 16,000 now) it would just be huge.
Now WSP is another matter - I can see that actually happening some day. All of the troopers already have digital capable handhelds (but they are being used for analog only at present). But it's still far away. Scanners are like cell phones (almost). By the time digital is actually here there will be new and better scanners available.
Save your $$ and get a good analog trunk tracking scanner. That's all you need for now.
