Not sure how many of you were able to make it to this year’s Communications Academy. Once again this year, a colleague and good friend of mine presented to the group. Andy Ruschak (KK7TR) who recently presented at IWCE, took the time to put together a great set of slides for this year’s Communications Academy, the topic examined was digital voice modes. In my opinion this is an excellent primer and insightful overview concerning the current state of digital radio.
