Back on topic here, hearing Yakima WSP traffic on 155.970 with a tone of 173.8

Much weaker than normal, but in the clear and analog.

A reliable source has told me that the majority of areas dispatched by Vancouver will be switching to digital around Thanksgiving or the end of November. Vancouver area may take a little longer since they are on a repeater system with voting receivers.

I think Olympia will be soon as I heard P25 on various c/c last month, then a X-xx unit signed off the air.

Bremerton area (154.665) still "in the clear" and "old" bandwidth NBFM as of right this second.

Yeah I'm watching 155.58 on the SDR. It's still 12.5khz NBFM at the moment.

Not sure who is on 155.685 but it looks to be narrow-banded @ 6.25khz wide.

Yep I see something very weak on 155.675 that looks narrow-band as well. Ignore the light gray size. It's stuck at 10khz -- bug in the software.

Ummm- no. full 5khz transmissions still going on. You made me go out in my underwear to get the service monitor out of my van to test this!

Im the only fool that was up on a mountain tonight to narrowband anything at this point. everyone else is taking their four day weekend!
