Location: Snohomish County, WA
TG 59504 "SNOCOM Mutual Aid" is currently being used for some type of marine communications.
It sounds as if the TG is patched.

Anyone know what be going on out on the water?

I got word that it was a MARSEC drill with several agencies involved.
