167.850 (NAC 222)- Best guess points to Western Area Power Administration. Much like BPA back home, this is a huge regional repeated network. I was hearing units in Mayville, ND (250+ miles away), and Watertown, SD (300+ miles).

KPK205, Fargo Station was just calling Watertown Dispatch for a radio check.

KPK205 is DOE. That callsign also has a 163.375 / 170.375 nationwide license for SPRO security ops.

163.7125 (CSQ)- Possibly USFS or BLM crew, travelling north on highway 22 past my QTH, yakking away.

I was in Bismarck last night, but only had a little time to listen:

154.055 (141.3)- Possibly WPLD234. (repeated)

858.0125 Moto type 2 control channel; SysID 072C, CT of 105.88. Dakota Communications, really strong by their shop near the airport.

162.475- NOAA WXL78

154.845 (NAC141) Sounded like a jail, people were in the library. Maybe KTS571? (repeated)

155.070 (NAC211) Only DES encryption. Bismarck PD dispatch.

159.1575 (CSQ)- Alleged to be Bismarck EMS. See elsewhere with the notation 'completely encrypted', but I was getting faint analog voice. (repeated)

Assigned to Glacier NP.
Also, channel 15 grp 1 in my USFS portable.
I've seen some authorized travel channels somewhere.

Alpha tagged 'COMUSE 1' on mine, not that it matters.

The skip/propogation here tonight is outstanding, I'm getting Howard County, Nebraska absolutely destroying the Dunn County, ND DPW repeater (155.115/155.775).

Also, there's a an unknown LE agency coming through the analog side of the Stark County Sheriff repeater on 155.685, with a tone of 192.8.

I'm also getting the South Dakota statewide Moto trunked system, just not strongly enough to decode. PSR shows sysID of 880A, and site 037. Also, after the WACN it shows "CORSON".

154.415- Stark County Fire (r), missed the PL

I screwed up by logging this as 192.8 pl. I caught a dispatch and responses for Richardton Fire here this morning with no PL, still through the repeater. I'm going to run it in open mode and see what else turns up. Called "Stark Fire".

And just now a whole bunch of weekly radio tests for South Heart, Gladstone, Richardton and Taylor with a PL of 110.9...

And now South Heart fire is being dispatch with 162.2.

As the sun comes up this morning, so do the band openings. I tracked the SD state TRS awhile, but for some reason the PSR was showing it as a M36 system, not a P25...So I did it in Trunk88. Ignore the freqs:
