This is one thing that has really been bugging the brains out of me i got this pro 94 a year agoi emailed radioshack they sent me the directions. I tried um and ripped half the hair out of my head trying to get it to work. it didnt. i dont know if it is the talk group (check snohomish county talk group #4880) i enter it and it flashes ERROR. I am getting this close to throwing this out the window. And another thing whats the diffrence between a talkgroup and a frequency? any way if any one knows email me at casmith245@yahoo.com or respond here.

I have a Pro-94 right here. To get started, follow the instructions to program all the frequencies for the trunk radio system you want to scan. When you have all the frequencies entered, you should be able to start scanning and press Search (SRC). Now you'll get every talkgroup - the talkgroups are the 2 to 5 digit numbers that show up.

You don't have to program the talkgroups in unless you want to listen to specific ones.
