I see that 453.900 carries FD text dispatch info for the King/Sno Co area, but does anyone have the freq for Kitsap FD? Assuming they even use one. A database search was not fruitful.

I believe 453.900 MHz is the POCSAG Freq. for Seattle Fire Digital Pagers. Snohomish County and the rest of King County are on 152.0075. Don't know Kitsap County.
