I noticed a new column: "Level". I only looked at a few days, but everything is showing up as a 1.

This page some have a 2 by it. It was for the two alarm fire in Green Lake on the 15th

I believe the 2 is for a final disposition of the Alarm

It means it went to the next level a "2-11" or 2nd alarm. Level 3 would be a "3-11" and so on and so on.

Not really, yours is incorrect, it is not a final disposition of the Alarm, a final disposition would be they put the fire out and went home.

Level means the response was elevated to a higher response level nothing more.
