Geez, these guys talk so low it's hard to hear them over the normal radio white noise. This is the most I could make out from your data Tim.

Sounds like their base is called "COMMAND" (aka COMMAND CENTER) and can be called from any channel.. but it's more active on 0-11-181.

0-11-181 - Sounds like crew mgmt; shipping/cargo staff; inventory control of lights, flags, radios, etc.
0-11-182 - Janitorial/cleaning services (inside)
0-11-183 - Lighting control; talking always about lights on in this area or that area; might also be HVAC control as well, asked about fans, temp, etc.
0-11-184 - Cleaning crew at night; seem to become more "command' specific in the day time
0-11-185 - Security guards/gates; main base is called "CONTROL" (aka CONTROL CENTER); in the day time, it became more of an access control ch; still general security however
0-11-186 - Cleaning crews; but outside the arena; most activity was late night; very active channel
0-11-187 - Furniture crews; no activity until morning; moving equip, etc.

Here are a couple of funny transmissions from Tim's collection:

In case you're out of the "know" - last night at Qwest field was the MLS Cup 2009 (soccer match.)

I'm pretty much only getting 1/5 signal on everything, and that's after benchmarking all of my antennas and picking the best. Not bad for something that's 4.3 miles away with an ERP of 10 watts. Also, my line of sight to downtown only extends to the WaMu tower; anything south of that is blocked by a stupid res hall.

Yeah I'm several miles away but I can pick up a couple of the freqs pretty clearly - but only if they speak up. 8)
I get the same thing on the KC public safety system; cops always mumble it seems like!

I tracked that a year ago; it may or may not have changed. Go with that order--the 106 will shuffle them around as needed. If you notice anything different, post them here!

Anything conventional or simplex is likely Safeco across the street. They use (last I saw) conventional repeaters as well as simplex. They wanted to go LTR but the FB8 license on 25khz just isn't going to happen and all new radios weren't in the budget.

By the way, if you have a pacemaker, cell phone or fertility stay away from the nose bleed seats in center field. The guy who put those antennas in put them less than two feet from the bleachers at over 50W. I really hope they've been moved.

Listened from a few blocks away today. This is what I was able to gather:

0-11-182 - ushers for skybox suites and lounge
0-11-183 - maintenance
0-11-184 - security / crowd management
0-11-185 - gate control
0-11-186 - housekeeping
0-11-187 - event setup

452.0875r - D503 - Budweiser beer services - mentioned changing out some kegs
463.8125r - D174 w/ speech inversion - NFL coaches headsets?

Didn't have the laptop with me, really wish I'd brought it. Looked up the freq. and it came back as the NFL.
