Just took a run to gas up for a trip Saturday and had the rig on in the car.

The VE7VIC repeater net from Victoria had lots checking in with handhelds tonight.
Lots of power off on Vancouver Island. Also heard the Port Angeles repeater on
146.760 come on and announce its power had failed and was shutting down.

Weather Channel says we are getting 48 mph gusts here now in Bellingham, Wa.
Also says more wind coming on Friday.

Hope all the antennas are still up when its over. :D

UPDATE: Now Gusting 56 mph here @ 8:35pm
Power is still on - for now.

Great- I hope that doesn't mean the generator on the site failed to start...

Just replaced the generator block heater at a site Im in on Maynard hill. Poor thing hasnt seen service in 7 years till now..

But the WB0CZA machine should stay on the air at least... 441.125 123pl
