I finally have PDW v2.53 working flawlessly. The email function works great, and the wav file announce feature works like a charm as well.

I'm just curious if anyone else is using PDW and how it's working for you as well as any tricks you might have to pass along.

One of mine; I created wav files of the apparatus number and attached them to a filter that will play the wav when that capcode is paged.

not much tricks once you have it working. I haven't upgraded for years for some specific reasons, the old versions would do some things the new one wont. but as far as functions of pager decode... there isnt much else out there that will do what this app will.

output the pager data to files in most any format for you. as its grey-area-legality or not legal at all in most places (globally speaking) to reproduce the data you hear or decode this was removed to lessen the blame on the application as allowing for information disclosure.
