Overall, I think that pretty well describes what I have heard in Grays Harbor County. They say before narrow band it was good. Didn't someone once say "if it ain't broke don't fix it." I guess I am not convinced all of these changes we are seeing made are the best for those involved. Maybe for the businessmen and/or politicians, but not for the average officer/firefighter/emergency responder on the street.
I guess I am either old or maybe a conservative, I don't know. My kids tell me I am old but I don't believe it most of the time.
