I've been picking this up on the Seattle system. I've heard "Yard Ops" but I'm not positive that's the name of the channel. I know they're moving trains, I just can't figure out where. Most of the trains are 3 digit numbers; I have heard LRV XXX before; which I'm assuming is Light Rail Vehicle. I did hear one operator that sounds just like a person I hear talking to Link Control. I'm thinking that this might be the Link operations facility right by I-5/Spokane St, but there are a lot of trains being moved so I'm not sure where it is.

I'm think it is related to Light Link, and here's my reasoning:
60048 Link Control
60080
60112
60144 "Yard Ops"
60176 Light Link Ch 5?

60112 had some escalator repair, and I haven't listened to the logs of 60080 yet. I pretty sure 60176 is called channel 5; I followed units back to Link Control, calling that channel 1, and saying they were switching from 5. 5 is like a working channel for the guys doing stuff for light link.


So yeah... who's yard is that?
