We have the "Ballroom" reserved. It will hold up to 200 people. There's no charge, and no minimum food order.

The only thing we couldn't decide on was:
-Some sort of name tags?
-Talk-in freqs?
-RSVPs?

It's quite a long haul from Puyallup, but I'll tough it out.

I'll be the one in the Scahill costume.

I will make my way over from Moses Lake. Joey Weedin from Yakima will also be joining me in the trek over.

I normally use 151.895 (110.9) simplex

If you plan on attending the Intercept Northwest General Meeting on October 11th, PLEASE P/M ME. I have to establish a head count for the Poodle Dog Management, so the appropriate staffing levels can be arranged.

I would like to have a rough head count by Sunday September 28th
.

Sounds like it will be a fun meeting. Wish I could make it up there but we will be having a baby coming right around that date. Of course he will be born with a radio in his hand :)

I was thinking of taking Amtrak then somehow navigating to Fife from there but looking at Cascades timetable, I would get there like with 5 minutes left :P

So right now I am leaning to drive up on my own.
