LERN Patch - The new Snohomish County radio system controlled by SERS (Snohomish Emergency Radio System)
has a 3 site simulcast LERN system (independent of the State Patrol LERN system). This system can be patched
into pretty much any talkgroup for interoperability with agencies still on VHF.

Washington State Patrol - WSP Dispatch for Snohomish County is 155.655 (141.3 PL). If you go up Hwy 2
past Skykomish, they use a split-frequency arrangement. You must put in 154.770 (to hear Everett dispatch)
and 154.845 to hear mobiles.

Car to Car for Snohomish County WSP is 154.935

Washington State Ferry - When in Mukilteo or Edmonds near the ferry terminals, put in 151.040 to listen
to holding area and load/unload operations. Can be entertaining AND informative. WSP VATS Troopers talk to
ferry workers on this frequency. Ferries also talk to the Vessel Traffic System on 5A (156.250) and 14 (156.700).

Public Works: I find these frequencies to be very interesting during inclement weather. Sometimes Local
Law Enforcement will use these for car to car chat.

Edmonds - 158.925
Mountlake Terrace/Brier	- 155.145 (repeated, 127.3pl)
Lynnwood - 155.865
Mukilteo - 156.000
