I just came thru Cowlitz County on my way home from Oregon today, and have a question. All the police cars I saw in Kalama and Kelso had a cellular antenna, a VHF-high antenna, and a standard 800mhz antenna. I looked thru Police Call, but couldn't find any licenses for 800mhz freqs in the county (public safety.) Does anyone know what these are used for? I saw that the cars in Kalama have MDTs, could these be using an 800 freq?
