Can't hear Shoreline PD

I have been unable to receive the City of Shoreline PD. I know
that Shoreline contracts with KCPD and I can hear all of the KC
units but Shoreline. Yesterday I heard the dispatcher tell the
Shoreline units to switch to "East Channel" at 11:00AM. I hear
most of the traffic on the talk group #23152. I believe that
Shoreline should be "Adam" units. Anyone have any ideas?
