This web site has had some major upgrades for frequency lists. Perhaps you just have the web address for this BBS. If so, try this opening page http://interceptradio.com/interceptnw/ and click on black and red INTERCEPT graphic. You will the DNR freqs under State Agencies. I think the only DNR offices in Eastern WA are Colville and Ellensburg (the airport there has three state firefighting helicopters, which are detailed in the NW Mobilization Guide at that web site.) so, I would scan all the DNR freqs, inputs and outputs listed at this website so see what you can hear. If the fires get big enuf, DNR often will set up a portable repeater so that the Ellensburg main freq is not tied up. What freq would they use? Typically, one of those Western WA freqs for 159.XXX DNR so that it wouldn't interfere with comms in Western WA. At least, I've noticed them doing this before on three different large fires over the last 5-7 years. If you have downloaded that fire plan document, look at Chapter 50 for CWS, Wenatchee communication center, and you will notice the DNR freqs, inputs/outputs and tones. Also, I would definitely download the minutes of the dispatcher's meeting as it has additional aircraft frequencies that will be helpful...also says how they are to be used, etc.
