I'm unable to hear any traffic due to being in Western WA, but I've heard the DNR set up portable repeaters before on 159.300 so you might want to include that in your searching.
Here's the list of DNR freqs posted on this web site. For any portable repeaters being used in these two fires, I would suggest scanning the ones that are used only on the West side of the state as then there would be no interference with them. that's what they did about 5-7 years ago when they had a big fire around the Leavenworth area...
