In a nutshell! When an object (bogies) passes through the transmitted signal, it causes receiver interference (anomalies). The radar hasn’t been built yet but the technology is here! And been talked about, also hard to protect against.
As far as what RadioBurst is referring to (800Mhz) I am not sure? But most of the 800Mhz band is of low power compared to the FM/TV signals being transmitted, I can’t see it being very useful? Where a Passive Radar is concerned.
