I was searching through 40MHz and heard something new. It sounds like police. I was in the Edmonds/Mountlake Terrace area and heard it on 46.945, 47.47, 47.23, 47.27, and 46.945. Anybody know what this is? It doesn't sound local. Some of the people had a New York or Boston type accent.
