This is a mutual-aid response channel provided by WADOT. Agencies that use it for other than it's intended assignment have been warned they could loose OSCCR. The channel is adjacent to other WADOT channels and unauthorized use in some areas of the state can cause potential harmful interference to State road workers. OSCAR was not provided as a auxillary chat channel for fishing and hunting trips.
