I-Call Overview

Thanks to everyone who helped push me away from the Pro-2067. The "sale" that Radio Shack is having on the unit forgot to mention the $94 in extras to make the unit operational...

Anyway, Can someone post an overview of I-Call? Something tells me that monitoring them falls in the gray area of things not to be listening in on, but now that I'm off to pick up a 780XLT, I'd like to know what they are.
