Hi Kyle
Just got back from talkingto thethe Scanner King at West Seattle RS. His name is Steve and he is the manager there. He went through the scanner and determined that the scanner was kaput ( as in unworkable scanner) just as the rep from 1800theshack said last night. Thanks for all of your help.
