Freq's for the MDT's

Hello all!!

I jsut got an Icom R-3. And I have heard that you can view the MDT's. Soooo I was wondering where to STAY AWAY from???? Just a range. Since its illegal to view them. I don't want to ACCIDENTALLY come across them! Can some one help me out here??
