RCW 46.08.065 has an exception for undercover cars. Subsection 3 also says that WSP traffic control cars can be exempt from being marked in the discretion of the chief of the WSP. My guess is that you should probably pull over. :)http://search.leg.wa.gov/pub/textsearch/default.asp
: I realize this might not be the place to discuss this but, isn't there a law in Wahsington that states police officers should be in FULL uniform and in a FULLY marked car to pull someone over? So if we don't stop for one of these guys... I wonder what would happen?
