down town seattle, thrusday eve at 5:45 there was a 3 bus motorcade w/ motorcycle cops who were on 461.08 which is not registered according to the FCC.gov site.
The motorcycles were not municipal, all the busses had VIP on their reader board w/ dark tint windows, 2 of the busses had WA license plates, and one had no plates at all.
what was that all about?
