This would probably the Hanford Reservation EDACS system...It's audible from around Indian John Hill to at least the rest area east of Moses Lake on the big hill (descriptive enough?:) on 90, and all over the southern half of the state. Of course, there is supposed to be another UHF TRS on the Yakima FR, but I haven't heard it yet.
