My wife is a 911 operater for puallup
So I am trying to listen in I bought a new antena frome radi0 shack
it was the one that has a bunch of rods sticking out at all angles.
Mouted it 15 feet above house.
I am useing a pro portable hand held scanner and I can pick up ther base unit ok
but the mobile units are not very clear...
What can I do to improve my reception ?????
