During the big windstorm the Northwest experianced last week or so, I was stunned that while I was listening to Seattle Center Air Traffic and Spokane Approach, I could hear their dispatchers conversing to the aircrafts. Being in Moscow, Idaho I only recieve aircraft flying though the area, but for some odd reason that day and that day only I heard everything on those two freqs. Was it the weather condtions that enabled that to happen? Any explanations?
