Not necessarily. You will get certain talkgroups system-wide most of the time, but not all of them. If you want to be sure that you can hear all of the Valley Com talkgroups, for example, you need to be listening to the Valley Com frequencies.

: I was wondering if in the King County trunking frequencies that are listed on this site, one will get the same talkgroup ID's whether one uses the EPSCA frequencies, Seattle frequencies, and the King County frequencies that are listed as "simulcast." I would assume so, but wanted to check.
