geez, you picked an earthquake event to revamp the site. How prophetic!! :)
Lots of traffic on DOT freqs here in Olympia area during the quake as well as local traffic on all fire freqs. News media was active as well (KCPQ was using their 450 radios) Railroads used their telephone interconect to obtain track warrants with one track inspector stuck in traffic at Chehalis being offered by the dispatcher in Forth Worth permission to hi-rail on the tracks to get to where he wanted.
