For WSP Car/Car - Listen to 154.695 or Aircraft 159.075 east of the Mountains. I have heard traffic by what I believe were troopers talking about working enforcement on certain roads on 155.850. You might get a copy of Police Call Directory and really scrutinize it.
You would be surprised what is hidden away in there.
