Sunday at 3:35pm I heard what sounded like a UW weather research
plane on DNR Tac 4, 151.310 Mhz.
Seattle TV stations have covered a research project that the UW and
NCAR are involved with. There is a temporary Doppler radar set up
near Westport. The AC indicated it was approaching Westport and would
head SW over the ocean.
