Heard a couple of unidentified Canadian truckers yakking on 153.635mhz
around 02:00 earlier this week. Although they may have been licensed
for it in their home province (lots of licenses in BC per Industry
Canada web site), they were using it just like a regular CB...LOTS
of gossip about co-workers and use of profanities. I don't recall
hearing any PSE North Kitsap traffic on that freq in the past few days,
did they move to a 900 mhz system over there for the power line crews?
