I can verify this about the WSP using strange looking vehicles. An article in last Sunday's
Spokesman-Review showed a uniformed WSP officier driving a new Camero with regular plates. In the Kennewick
detachment they are using a green Ford Explorer. These unmarked units will be used to fight road rage.
