From my expierience, the 155.655 Monroe repeater stalls out around Index. However (this is the cool part), the Skykomish Freq. is the old Everett 'area', 154.845. Troops are transmitting and receiving 'Skykomish' simplex. Also, I've heard activity on the 'State' repeater, 155.97, full scale.
