Just moved to Everett, and only several blocks from the Naval station.
Took a bit of work, but the Trunker program has identified these five frequencies as in use with their trunking system:
DATA channel is 408.750
Then, voice freqs are:
401.250 402.850 (I haven't heard these actually used yet and determining them was resolved using the method suggested in the Trunker 3.8.2 version of the program.
407.950 and 409.550 -- confirmed active.
Traffic is pretty light...after a day of monitoring Trunker thinks there are 19 unique talk groups and only 15 radios. Will post more as I get info. I will not pass along anything heard on the system altho I am puzzled as to why none of the voice traffic uses any kind of military lingo so perhaps it is either early in my monitoring of it or there's a mistake somewhere about what I'm listening to.
