Exactly. Just to top off the "debate" Yes, if you listen to cell phones conversations and utilize the information illegally, you are committing a crime. As far as 800 meg trunk freq's, Trunking was introduced to allow agencies to better untilize their FCC Freq's. Not to encrypt their messeges.
