very little FRS GMRS action.. was looking forward to listening to the other side. the media freqs are preaty active.
i just love the statements made this month by the mayor and police cheif, "we have learened alot from last year's WTO". what the hell is that.. there's nothing different in their actions, reactions, or choices other then dietary intake from last year. They seem a BIT more focused crack down on individual vandalism, but man, they still beleive it to be a military type of movement and crush/supress/arrest.
am i the only one that sees this like a mini vietnam??? they rush in in numbers, reclaim a geographical square, call it their own, move on to the next square and loose the 1st square to the flood of people closing behind them? very little organization on the big scale, but everyone has thier own micro battles..
I donno what the answer is, i just think it's not this. you can't win the will of the people if you go in bomb the area flat, nore can you win if you pussy foot around and let the masses bully you around. Anyone heard of something nice/good/decent that police officers have done?
there were a couple nice stories on ch5 TV (barried in the fluff) that really made police officers someone to be sorry for.
