I have noticed that alot of "Area" frequencies are used for Car-Car by various troopers in other Districts. I know for a fact that Everett WSP units use 154.935 for Car-Car on occasion. I have also heard aircraft ops i.e; speed enforcment use this frequency in Snohomish, Skagit and Whatcom counties. Maybe the Cascade mountain range provides a sufficient obstacle.
