I'm not sure what you mean by Nothern Puget Sound area, but in Skagit and Whatcom counties there are two security companies that use dedicated radio systems. Puget Sound Security Patrol uses 461.700 throughout Western Wa and Whatcom Security uses a frq in the 464.000 area. Both these freqs are shared with other businesses, but since most of the work is done at night it's a good bet you'll hear them then, and probably won't be too impressed. Happy listening!
